Use this when the product page does not answer you. A short note is enough. Three things:
- The product name, copied from the title.
- The quantity, in pieces or boxes, and which option you mean if the product has several: membrane, diameter, and pore.
- The job: what you are filtering, storing, or trying to keep within reach.
You do not need to send a method document. You do need the three lines, because “the white one” matches every filter in the shop. We would rather settle the question before a box leaves than explain it after.
Shipping and returns each have their own page. Those pages are the details. This note will not shorten them into a promise.
We also will not add a review, a certificate, or a compatibility line to close the question for you. If a fit has not been checked, the reply should say that. Start at the contact page.
